Installation Method
- Install safety mesh over purlins.

Dish the safety mesh to ensure a minimum 30mm sag is achieved
between purlins. - Polyair Multi is rolled out in the same line as the roof sheets.

Overlaps to be a minimum 50mm if being taped, or 150mm if no tape
is used. - Polyair Multi is installed over purlins and safety mesh achieving a 30mm sag between purlins.
- The reflective copper anti glare coating of Polyair Multi faces up towards the sun, the silver side colour faces down.
- Place roof sheeting over Polyair and fix through roof sheeting and Polyair into purlins.
Polyair is safe to handle, no special protective clothing, gloves or mask is required for handling. It is the responsibility of the installers to observe and comply with any relevant occupational health and safety requirements and Australian Standards for the installation process.
